Note!

  • You can discard the certificate issued by Woori Bank if you do not wish to continue its use.
    • The certificate issued by other banks/institutions must be discarded via those banks/institutions.
  • If you want your certificate to be re-issued, go to [Issue/Re-issue Certificate] without having to discard.
  • If you want to discard the certificate from your PC, go to [Manage Certificate> Discard Certificate ].

User identification

  • Enter user ID issued by the sales office.
  • If you lost your ID, [ Go to Find ID ] to find your ID.
